Season of giving: how you can support Earthwatch this Christmas
25th November 2024
It’s the season of giving! Why not give back to nature this holiday season?
As an environmental charity, we depend on donations from people like you to help us bring nature to urban communities, to fight for fresh water, and support the transition to nature-friendly farming.
Here’s some ways you can support our work this Christmas, from sponsoring urban trees to funding water pollution testing kits.
Champion a Tree
Sponsor a tree and give a loved one (or yourself!) a gift like no other. Choose an ethical gift that gives back this Christmas.
Show your loved ones that you care by championing an urban tree in a Tiny Forest. By championing a tree with us, you can give a personal gift that is as unique as they are.
Choose their favourite tree species or pick one that reflects their personality or celebrates a special occasion.
Double your donation
Fresh water is the most precious resource on our planet. It gives life to everything on Earth. And it is under threat.
Support our Christmas appeal during 3-10 December and help us fight for healthy fresh water.
For one week only, your donation will be doubled thanks to the Big Give Christmas Challenge. That’s twice the impact in our fight for fresh water. It’s double the hope for our wildlife.
We are aiming to raise £12,000 which will be doubled to £24,000, funding 4,000 water testing kits for the next Great UK WaterBlitz. Please help us reach that target.
Simply donate on the Big Give website between 3 – 10 December 2024 and your donation will be matched and doubled.
Get warm and cosy with IsoBaa
Our friends at sustainable outdoor clothing brand, IsoBaa, are having a Green Friday sale! You can choose to donate a portion of your savings to help us plant more Tiny Forests in urban areas, supporting wildlife and connecting communities with nature..
Since beginning our partnership with IsoBaa four years ago, their generous customers have raised over £5,200 for Earthwatch Europe!
Go for a walk with Stephen Einhorn
We have teamed up with Stephen Einhorn who are supporting Tiny Forests with sales of their beautiful new walking stick.
The oak design is in homage of the trees planted as part of the Tiny Forest network in urban communities across the UK. Each sale will donate 10% to our Nature in Cities work.
