"Every success story starts with a dream. Do you dream of a better future for your protected area? Joining this course was the best decision in my professional life. The content and experience were rich and, more importantly, the networking has been amazing."

"ESN was a total turnaround for me personally. The soft skills development helped me to build on my strengths and turn my weakness into strengths. This has impacted on my efficiency and helped to improve my relations with my staff to motivate them. The fundraising aspect of the ESN training is helping me to develop research and capacity development proposals. Since the ESN training in fundraising, I have been able to secure two small grants in these areas."
