Remembering Queen Elizabeth II

Earthwatch is deeply saddened by the news of Her Majesty The Queen’s death. Her loss will be felt by the whole conservation sector, nationally and internationally.

We are honoured to be among the friends of the Queen’s Green Canopy, supporting the campaign to plant trees around the UK in honour of the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee. The Queen’s love of nature and understanding of the importance of trees have inspired millions around the world.

Over 10 of our Tiny Forests have been dedicated to the Queen as part of the Jubilee initiative, helping build a legacy in honour of the Queen’s reign which will benefit future generations.

Our thoughts and sympathies are with the Royal Family during this sad time.
