Inspiring the next generation

Discover Earth supports teachers and schools to understand how they can achieve a more sustainable planet, with a focus on citizen science, climate change and the environment.

Our fully funded programme uses the national curriculum and UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to bring science and climate change to life in the outdoors.

We offer a range of free on-site activities in your school, all delivered by Earthwatch facilitators.

What Discover Earth offers


We bring together teachers from your local area to network and learn collectively about citizen science and how to bring the SDGs to life.

Discover Earth Roadshows

Whole-school engagement through an assembly and up to four classes through the day, getting students and teachers outside the classroom and hands-on with a range of our citizen science projects.


We provide access to resources and networks to support you in engaging and inspiring your students.
